Valentine’s Day is in just a few weeks – and a lot of people are celebrating Galentines with their friends! I have four Galentines outfits for any occasion – dressing up, staying in, or going out!
These Galentines outfits have pieces you can wear year-round
I’ve had lots of requests over the last few weeks for Galentine’s outfits! Whether you’re single or dating or married, Galentine’s parties or events are a fun excuse to get together with friends during February.
I’ve put together some outfit ideas for all kind of Galentine’s events, from a casual movie night or hang out in your sweats, or a night at the theater or a fancy dinner, or somewhere in between!
If you’re staying in with your girlfriends for a Galentine’s party, a hot pink matching set feels like the perfect kind of outfit! I wore this set last summer to a girls night to see the Barbie movie, and I’ve worn it a ton since then. It’s super comfy, affordable, and can be mixed and matched. So if you’re staying in for a movie night, a game night, going to the movie theater to see a chick flick, or some other super casual Galentine’s event, this is a great outfit choice.

Last year I threw a casual Galentine’s party at my house where everyone brought a different food tray to share. You can see all the details HERE. This kind of outfit, with a festive sweater, basic jeans, and fun shoes, is a perfect outfit for that kind of event. It’s a step above the sweats, but still casual and cute.

If you’re going out for a nice girls night dinner for Galentine’s day and you want to dress up a bit but want to keep it more neutral, try a feminine blouse and nice jeans. I added a pair of festive earrings for just a nod to Valentine’s, without being over the top.

And of course if you want to go very festive AND dress up, a pink dress is a great option! This one is incredibly comfortable, and can be worn with boots or heels or flats, or whatever you’d like. If you need it to be warmer, pair it with a light pink coat, or a red coat for a very Valentine-y outfit. This outfit would be great if you’re headed to a fancy dinner or going to the theater to see a play or musical.
