Everything from the trip leaving Atlanta to Memphis was golden no issues. Once I got to Oklahoma City it went all the way down the drivers I had were top tier, however the driver of the bus I was waiting on delayed everything for 2 hrs when it was completely unnecessary and completely offset the balance and my opinion of the company

Quick boarding, short stops and being on time was great! I also loved seeing audio book options. WiFi was unreliable and the seats seats were ripped which was very uncomfortable to sit on

When I got to the Silver Spring bus station on July 14, it was locked. I had to wait on the seats placed outside. Empty fast food containers littered the whole place. When the 4:30 pm bus to Newark failed to arrive by 5:20 pm, I called the Greyhound number and was assured that the bus would arrive by 5:45 pm. To cut a long story short, I had to proceed to Union Station to take an Amtrack train.
