Wake up, feel pulse, be happy! | That 0.35mm SOUNDS tiny, but it really can make a significant difference. Depending on the spinner material you may just be able to force-thread it on and then "clean up" by cranking it straight down over the threads with the prop nut, but you'd be best off scraping a small amount of material out of the inside of the hole. It only takes a little. |

Youtube channel : solentlifeuk | Your friend in this is a Prop tapered reamer. Do not drill as it will be off-centre. The tapered reamer will sort props, spinners, edf rotors ... so many thing that need that hole opened up but still centred etc. For about $4 on Hobby King .. or down to local hardware store and buy one .. Youtube channel : solentlifeuk | https://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...idProduct=7689 There you go ..HK have various versions. As you see its a tapered sharp 3 edge cutter. It's better than a stepped reamer because even after sharpening you do not lose ability to ream to desired size. A stepped reamer as you sharpen actually gets smaller. Believe me - once you have one of these - props etc. are a doddle to fit to shafts. Nigel |

Redacted per NSA "suggestion" | A prop adapter should be the proper size to fit a shaft. .35 mm variance can create slippage and even wobble. When dealing with mechanical items tolerances can be as low as 1/64 of an inch. EDIT As others have said a prop reamer on the spinner and you'll be fine. |
