However, there are several exceptions in this group. Peppers and olives are to be avoided because of the mold in them. Also blood type As are very sensitive to the lectines in the garden and sweet potatoes and cabbage.

Tomatoes and tomato products (paste, ketchup, and sauces) are also among the vegetables better to be avoided. The reason is that they contain lectins which cause agglutination.

Only people with blood types 0 and AB should consume them.

It is important to pay attention to corn, although it is in the list of neutral foods, if you are overweight or have stomach problems, you’d better avoid them.
