State Civil Salary Structure in Nigeria

Grade Level 8: This level is the entry-level for persons with a first degree i.e. BSc, BTech, B.A, etc., in both the Federal and State Civil Service. Employees in Grade Level 8 make between N164,434 and N244,644 NGN per month in pay. The employees will make between N1,973,208 and N2,935,928 per year.
Grade Level 9: The wage range for employees is N193,819 to N289,324. They receive annual salaries of N2,435,828 and N3,459,888. This is the starting pay for employees who have a master’s degree.
Grade Level 10: NGN 218,180 and N343,220 monthly. Their annual salary should sum up to be between N2,838,160 and N3,918,400 annually.
Grade Level 12: N263,240 and N379,597 monthly, and an annual take home of about N3,088,830 and N4,255,064.
