Some of our products which we import from DECIEM Korea distributors will have changes in their packaging containing information like ingredients and use direction in Korean as well English. One side of the box will be printed in Korean language, while the other side will remain in English (as shown in the image below).
This only applies to products imported from South Korea.
DECIEM advised a few changes in packaging & labelling of The Ordinary from DECIEM Korea. As Korea is the only country in Asia Pacific which we also source from, some labels on the popular DECIEM KOREA products will be printed in Korean due to Korean FDA requirements. However, kindly rest assured that an English version will also be included (on the other side).
All Authentic The Ordinary products have a batch code printed in blue on the bottom of the box as well as directly on the bottle to verify the batch it came from. The Korean batch code will include a manufactured date beginning with MFG on the box.
