My last pool Service company was no longer getting it done. Their employees showed up at my, got out of their truck with the strong stench of marijuana lingering in the air. They were stoned the entire time and had allowed my pool to become green with algae. That's when I called Angie and I met Brian with Clean Image Pool Care. Wow, did I ever need Brian's help, and I got it.
After contacting Angie's List regarding Pool services in my area, I received a call from Brian within 10 minutes, I was immediately impressed with his promptness. We spoke in depth on the telephone and I told him how the last Pool Service Company had disappointed me. I explained what I was looking for in a new provider. I had never met Brian and had no idea who he was. He had a few negative reviews however the majority of everybody's comments were positive. As a business owner myself I understood that negative comments were going to happen. Everyone has a bad day, and they shouldn't be judged on their worst day.
I talked very candidly with Brian about his negative reviews and asked about the concerns I had. He honestly discussed them with me and told me that he would do an amazing job. That he did!!! I called Brian on the Friday heading into a holiday weekend. I didn't expect him to be at my home the very next day, but he was, and I was impressed. He diagnosed my pool, told me that it should have never got to this point with any competent pool service provider. He assured me that he was going to take care of it. I specifically remembering him asking me to judge him by his results. I could tell that he wanted to earn my trust. He and his employee got to work immediately and told me that the pool would be clean within a week and crystal clear within a week and a half. I thought quietly I'll believe it when I see it. My pool was in rough shape.
Within 2 days it was already looking much better the algae was gone, and by the end of the week I could see the bottom of my pool. It was becoming much clearer. Within the next few days it had become crystal clear. Brian did exactly what he said he was going to do and went beyond that by sending me a detailed report of the Water Analysis in my pool the chemicals he used and what would be next steps.
He is now my weekly pool service provider. Clean image pool care is exactly that, a company that will diagnose your problems and keep your pool Crystal Clear. I think Brian for his honest hard work and for understanding my past frustrations with subcontractors. When you find a good one like Brian, with clean image pool care, they deserve acknowledgment.
