Follow the steps for your OS to remove/forget the existing CMU-SECURE Wi-Fi profile.

Windows 10

1. SelectNetwork Settings(Wi-Fi menu).
2. SelectManage Wi-Fi Settings.
3. Scroll toManage known networks.
4. SelectCMU-SECUREand selectForget.

Windows 8

1. Click theWi-Fisignal.
2. Right-clickCMU-SECUREand selectForget this network.

Windows 7

1. Right-click the Wi-Fi signal and selectOpen Network and Sharing Center.
2. SelectManage wireless networks.
3. Right-clickCMU-SECUREand selectRemove network.

1. Right-click the Wi-Fi signal and selectOpen Network and Sharing Center.
2. SelectSet up a new connection or network.
3. SelectManually connect to a wireless networkand clickNext.
4. Enter the following:
   • Network Name:CMU-SECURE
   • Security Type:WPA2-ENTERPRISE
   • Encryption Type:AES
5. ClickNext.
6. SelectChange connection settings.
7. ClickSecurity.
8. VerifyAuthentication MethodisPEAP.
9. ClickSettingsand enter the following:
   • Verify the server's identity by validating the certificate:checked
   • USERTrust RSA Certification Authority or InCommonRSAServerCA:checked
   • Authentication Method:EAP-MSCHAP v2
10. ClickConfigureanduncheck Automatically use my Windows logon. ClickOK.
11. ClickOK.
12. ClickAdvanced Settings.
13. CheckSpecify authentication modeand selectUser Authentication.
14. Do the following:
    • Windows 10 - ClickSave credentialsand enter yourAndrew userID and password.ClickOKandCloseto exit.
    • Windows 7 & 8 - Click OK and Close to exit. SelectCMU-SECUREfrom the Wi-Fi list and clickConnect. Enter your Andrew userID and password when prompted.
