Where are orders shipping from?

What if I gave the wrong shipping address?

Please contact shop@krink.com. We cannot guarantee the ability to make changes prior to your order being processed and shipped.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 3-5 days for processing and handling.

How will my order be shipped?

We offer shipping via USPS and UPS. We also offer FedEx for international orders. When you place your order, you will have the option to select the shipping carrier and speed. The K-750 is available to ship via UPS Ground service only.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Please note, the K-750 cannot ship internationally.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot estimate the cost.

What is my order status?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been processed. Please allow for 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available.

What happens if my order is returned?

If your order is returned to us because the address is undeliverable or there was an error in the address when it was entered, we will contact you for further instruction.

My package never arrived! Tracking says it was delivered, but I can’t find it.

Contact the shipping carrier directly, they are responsible for the delivery of your package. You can submit a claim for missing mail, or call customer service to get the details of your package and delivery.

Why is shipping so expensive?

We do not charge shipping, we collect it. Shipping rates calculated by the carrier at checkout.
