According to a survey conducted by The Hollywood Reporter and Morning Consult, Netflix has a fairly even split when it comes to male and female viewers.

48% of Netflix subscribers are male. And 52% are female.

The same survey also found that half of Netflix subscribers make less than $50,000 per year in annual income. 30% make between $50,000-$100,000. And 19% earn more than $100,000 per year.

Bloomberg reports that 9,400 employees work at Netflix. Netflix’s headcount has grown by 9.3% since 2019.

The average salary at Netflix is $136,000. Employees at Netflix on H1B visas receive a median base salary of $430,000.

As of Q2 in 2021, Netflix has an equal split by gender, with 47.5% of employees at the company identifying as a woman and 46.1% as male. 6.4% have chosen not to disclose or have multiple gender identities.
