The only negative part of the experience was the hostile patient in the lobby who was very eager to fight the security guard until the police arrived, but that is not the clinic’s fault. Everyone was very kind, professional, courteous, and thorough. The check-in was very easy, and the wait time was reasonable, especially considering it’s the only late night urgent care in the area and about 15 people arrived all around the same time. I would highly recommend the clinic.

Had a terrible ear infection and it was the weekend so I wouldn't have been able to see my doctor. The team got me in and out which was great because I was in so much pain and in no condition to sit, wait, listen and talk. I even felt comfortable enough to be ok with calling back with any questions I had. Thanks Tara and staff!

Scheduling was easy did it on the app Check in was easy just told them my first and last name and they asked me to have a seat staff was nice and Doctor verbally prescribe me 2 medications 1 for pain and one Antibiotic But when I left the office with the paperwork she only prescribed antibiotic which was a little irritating because I didn't feel good and did not want to go back to have them correct the doctors error
