More than 50 different capos make Idle Mafia quite overwhelming for many players when it comes to select and prioritize what capos to invest in and, of course, to run. I wanted to write you this tier list to give you a rough indication what capos run the meta towards end-game in Idle Mafia that you can use to see if you might focus on the wrong capos or maybe find other ones you rather want to invest in.
Idle Heroes Tier List PvE & PvP...
Important! Never miss a gift code in Idle Mafia again and make sure to check back to my frequently updated list of new gift codes for Idle mafia here.
Also, very IMPORTANT!Many capos in Idle Mafia are very similar in what their skills are and what their stats are, their only difference is their nationality. While this has effect on team-setup, sure, this means you don’t need to build all of them and only one will be enough to play that role in your team setups!
The Best Capos As Ranked (Tier) List
Here’s my ranking with all capos in Idle Mafia:
Mythical Tier
There’s an extra tier for the mythical rarity capos in Idle Heroes, simply because they are so much stronger compared to even the legendary capos that it doesn’t make sense comparing them, also looking at how many players are actually able to obtain and max them.
Andrea Baronti (The Godfather)has a crazy shielding and is the one you want to have in your team if you run a lot of ITA capos. It will basically shield capos up whenever they fall below 60%. Also offers a strong passive damage reduction and counterattack debuff to all ITA team capos.
Miguel Macias (Tentacles)links with MEX capos and heals them for quite a bit. His really strength, though, is his active skill that will not only stun enemy capos, no, he will also swap their position and potentially mess up a team setup of buffers or multi-damage capos.
Tomoe Yamakawa (“Naginata”)has my personal favorite kit. First of all she will link JPN capos and deal damage to their targets as well as give the targets a damage debuff that is a lot. And it will last until the end of the battle! Also, her active skill will, she will deal multi-target damage and also stun her enemies including the ones next to it for 2 rounds. Just a massive break.
S Tier
Here are the legendary capos that are outstanding and strong and every player should prioritize them to progress properly in Idle Mafia towards the late game.
Chiyo has a very useful debuff that will increase the damage to the target. Not only really useful against Big Jim, also very handy in pretty much all fighting situations where you can basically double your damage.
Wheels
Gianlucais one capo to have on your list, for sure. He deals massive area damage with his skill, but also has some high single-target damage in his repertoire. If he triggers his skills you want to have him in your team as the damage is just savage.
Ava is for many players the capo that is the foundation of their team with a skill kit that is very unique and effective. Her counterattack on dodge is just insane on damage but also removes all buffs from the enemy. Also, her starting buff adds a lot of survivability. Just a capo you don’t want to miss out on!
Cesar & Vanessa provide a great starting buff that will not only give your team a boost, it will also prevent that the surrounding capos die in the first three rounds! That can make a huge difference when you’re up against formations that rely on burst damage and can turn around matches completely, even when at low star.
A Tier
Very good capos but can be substituted, you don’t need all of them. Look at them as a group of good one where you can pick the ones you have/like and it’s for sure no mistake to work on them in the long run.
Yuya deals good single-target damage but her skill is really great as it will even out the field once she drops below a certain amount of health, dealing a good hit to the enemy with the most health. Great combined with capos that deal damage to multiple targets, like Consuelo, Gogo or Kyosura.
Rosaria deals good single-target damage and is basically the same as Yuya, just with a different nationality.
Bella deals good single-target damage with her bully skill. It’s kind of an execution skill that will target the enemy with the lowest health, which can be sometimes vital to get an enemy capo off the board.
Jose deals good single-target damage and target the enemy with the highest fighting power when dropping in health. Interchangeable with Kate, Mitsuki or Yusuki and combined well with Bella’s targeting to burst down the carry capo of the enemy.
Kate is basically the same as Jose, Mitsuki or Yusuki and combined well with Bella’s targeting to burst down the carry capo of the enemy.
Mitsukuni is basically the same as Kate, Jose or Yusuki and combined well with Bella’s targeting to burst down the carry capo of the enemy.
Yusuki is basically the same as Kate, Mitsuki or Jose and combined well with Bella’s targeting to burst down the carry capo of the enemy.
ATTENTION! From the single-target capos above, you only need to build 2-3 and rather focus on the ones with area, healing or team buffs below where you should pick 1 of each kind!
Consulea has that multi-target buckshot skill, but take care that you place her in one on the positions in the middle (not the outline flanks), so she is able to deal damage to all possible targets!
Gogo has the same buckshot skill that Consuela has, Basically the same capo but with a different nationality for perks, whatever you prefer/team setup you run. No need to level both, pick one of them.
Kyosurais in the same category as Gogo and Consuela, dealing damage to multiple targets. Although Kyosura deals damage to all enemy capos, no matter what position. The damage overall is a little lower but spreading it can be helpful. I’d still not recommend building all of Consuela/Gogo and Kyosura, decide which one you have furthest or pick the one that fits your team lineup better; you won’t need all of them leveled up.
Cesaralso falls in the same category as Gogo, Consuela and Kyosura.
Gigi has a very nice fight power and health buff for all your team members. Sounds powerful? Yes, it’s powerful! Mind that you can also replace Gigi with capos like Izumi, Eugenio or Enzo as they also provide good team buffs.
Izumi is, like Gigi, a team buffer – although she is more focus on buffing fight power for your team and has a reflect for the first two rounds. I wouldn’t pick one over the other, it’s simply a different play style.
Enzois another team buffer capo (replaceable with Gigi, Izumo or Eugenio) and is quite heavy on offense by buffing your team fight power and skill damage. If you have capos with high skill damage, he’s the one you want to get into your team.
Eugeniohas a great starting buff, but the skill part that makes him really strong is the lifesteal that will turn around situations.
Angelina is a good team healer, although his team heal might become a problem. He heals all team members by a smaller amount instead of healing the most-injured one. This is in total more healing but can not be enough to save one of your team members from dying. The same as Kaito and Vincent, depending what nationality perks you want on your team.
Kaito is a good team healer, although his team heal might become a problem. He heals all team members by a smaller amount instead of healing the most-injured one. This is in total more healing but can not be enough to save one of your team members from dying. The same as Angelina and Vincent, depending what nationality perks you want on your team.
Vincent is a good team healer, although his team heal might become a problem. He heals all team members by a smaller amount instead of healing the most-injured one. This is in total more healing but can not be enough to save one of your team members from dying. The same as Kaito and Angelina, depending what nationality perks you want on your team.
B Tier
Omegais a great capo but more early on and you will see him fall off towards later. I know many players are really hyped about him, but I don’t think he (or it) will be meta-defining in the future.
Vittoriasounds good on paper and her stunning beauty as well, but it doesn’t make such an impact, especially in later stages of Idle Mafia.
Stefano is just not making enough of an impact to invest the effort, compared to the capos ranked higher in this list. Not bad, but also not outstanding.
Edna has a strong self-buff adding attack power at the start but doesn’t provide much benefit for your team.
Shun is basically the same as Edna, but with a different nationality. Otherthan that, no real difference between those two capos.
Tia & Mia with the second life ability are sometimes nasty to deal with, but overall not making a huge impact and I rather have them last longer than making their comebacks.
Laura might sound powerful but her skill will only activate when she dies and deal big damage. I don’t like that mechanic too much you don’t want one of your team’s capos die to get an effect. Also, this only deals damage to the current enemy, so you can place her like on a suicide spot and get some effect, but I really think the capos higher in this tier list will serve you better.
Pedro has a self-destruct that works similar to Laura’s mechanics, but deals damage to all enemies. However, the damage is lower and while you can use Laura to counter a very strong enemy carry capo, this is just plain damage dealt on death that won’t change much outcome of a fight.
Dante is basically the same as Pedro, just a different nationality.
Sandra is, in difference to Angelina, Kaito and Vincent, a healing capo that only heals the most-injured capo. Her healing in total is smaller and she’s more suitable if you have one strong carry capo but overall I’d focus on team heal more than first aid.

C Tier
capos in C Tier are primarily the epic rarity capos and they fall off so much starting mid-game content in Idle mafia that you don’t want to put more effort into them than necessary.
Ofelia, Johnny, Eduardo, Julio, Mario, Giuseppe, Paco, Juanito, Katsumo, Simon, Ryuji, Ichiro
D Tier
Rare capos are simply bad.
I don’t list them individually just to tell you that you shouldn’t use them at all. It’s Mimmo, Aldo, Paul, Ciro, Gianluca, Imma and Luis.
Conclusion
I hope you like the list and it helps you. If you have questions or think I ranked a capo wrong just drop a comment below. Also, I will try to keep that list here as updated as possible with new capos and changes as well as enhance the descriptions so they are a better help in the future.
